DIRECTORS: The Board of CWEF can
have up to eight Directors. They supervise the affairs of the
organization. The term of a Director is up to two years and there is no
limit to the number of terms to which a Director may be elected.
Directors are elected by members of the organization at their Annual
General Meeting (AGM). DIRECTORS ELECT: Four Directors Elect are elected by members of the organization at their Annual General Meeting (AGM). They attend Board meetings. They participate in discussions. However, they do not have a vote when motions are considered. A Director Elect becomes a Director after one year of service as Director Elect. OFFICERS: Officers are appointed by the Board of Directors (BOD) of CWEF. They manage the affairs of the organization and there is no limit to the number of officers. Presently, the President, the Vice-President, the General Manager, the Treasurer and the Secretary are the officers appointed by the BOD. The office of the President must be held by a Director. During the absence of the President, the Vice-President may exercise his/her powers. Therefore, the office of the Vice-President should also be held by a Director to facilitate the affairs of our organization. MEMBERS: A committed donor is a member of CWEF. There are no dues to be a member at the present time. COMMITTEES: CWEF has the following committees for its operations:
